Creatiq (« we ») operates creatiq.ca, the public website for our AI agent platform.

Appointment booking: if you use the Calendly link, information you enter there (name, email, etc.) is collected by Calendly under its own policy.

Security: Google reCAPTCHA v3 may process technical data (IP address, form interaction) for spam detection.

Hosting: standard technical logs (IP address, browser type, timestamp) retained by our host.

Respond to your contact or consultation request.

Schedule a meeting when you book via Calendly.

Secure the form and prevent abuse.

Improve the site in aggregated, non-identifying ways.

Anthropic (AI processing for Aria, Léa, and Nova agents) · United States. This subprocessor applies to the AI agent services Creatiq deploys for clients, not merely to browsing this site. Conversations with our agents, once in production, may be sent to Anthropic to generate responses.

We do not sell your personal information.

Submitting the contact form requires your explicit consent via the dedicated checkbox, unchecked by default.

Booking via Calendly is a separate act subject to Calendly's terms.

Contact form messages and related correspondence are retained for 12 months, unless a longer period is required by law or you request earlier erasure.

You may request access, rectification, or erasure of your information, withdraw consent, or obtain details about our practices.

To exercise your rights: email hello@creatiq.ca with your identity and request. We will respond within applicable legal timelines.

This site does not load marketing analytics tools (Google Analytics, ad pixels, etc.).

reCAPTCHA may set cookies or similar technologies when you use the contact form. See Google's policy for details.

This site describes AI agents (Aria, Léa, Nova). These agents are artificial intelligence systems; they are not humans.
