These terms govern access to and use of creatiq.ca (the « Site »), published by Creatiq.

The Site is Creatiq's AI agent platform for architecture and infrastructure services. Content (text, demonstrations, agent descriptions) is provided for information only and does not constitute a binding offer.

By submitting the form, you declare that the information provided is accurate. Submission requires your explicit consent and is subject to our privacy policy.

We aim to respond within a reasonable time; no response time is guaranteed.

The Site may link to third-party services, including Calendly for scheduling. Creatiq is not responsible for the content or privacy practices of those sites.

The Site, its structure, text, and visual elements are protected. Unauthorized reproduction is prohibited.

Aria, Léa, and Nova are artificial intelligence agents. Demonstrations on the Site may be illustrative. Actual capabilities depend on each client's deployment.

The Site is provided as-is. Creatiq does not guarantee error-free or uninterrupted operation. To the extent permitted by law, Creatiq disclaims liability for indirect damages arising from use of the Site.

These terms are governed by the laws of Quebec and applicable Canadian law. Disputes fall under the competent courts of Quebec.
